Safety & Supervision

At Great Prospects, the safety and well-being of our participants is always our highest priority. We are committed to providing a secure, supportive, and inclusive environment for neurodiverse teens and adults, while giving families peace of mind through strong safety practices and trained supervision.

Staff & Volunteers

All Great Prospects staff members are fingerprinted and complete comprehensive background checks prior to working with participants. In addition, every staff member is trained in:

  • CPR/AED

  • First Aid

  • Epilepsy Foundation Seizure Response & Awareness

To ensure personalized support and close supervision, we maintain a low staff-to-participant ratio of approximately 7:1 during programs and activities.

Volunteers are also carefully screened and are required to complete a volunteer registration process and background check before participating in any Great Prospects activities or events.
